Logan the property manager has also been very VERY responsive and more. She kept in contact with me the entire time and was more than understanding of my situation during the application process. Even though i am only on short sublease i can tell that my time at this building will be great. Thank you ladies for being YOU (4.19.2018) —Ashley M.
I have been living in Sheridan Plaza for almost half a year now and I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience here. The building is beautiful but the staff are the icing on the cake. DeAnn, the property manager, is incredibly responsive and works tirelessly to meet all the tenants' demands. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and always a nice face to see at the start of an early morning or at the end of a long day. Shoutout to Tyler, Justin, Ashleynna, and Smitty for fosterin —Susan L.
I just wanted to reach out to you and let you know what a treasure Amy Vena, the building manager at 5050 N. Sheridan, is.

She’s great and changed my opinion of property managers. I love what she does for our building and how she handles everything. I always tell people to search Horizon Realty for openings because of her! —Arlette F.
