We are the sole owners of the information collected on this website.  We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.  We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  We will only use this information to respond to you regarding the reason that you contacted us.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than necessary to fulfill your requests (e.g.:  to process and application for lease).  Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may contact you via Email in the future to tell you about specials, changes to this policy, or any other updates from time to time.

Security:
We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected, both online and offline.  Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for the “https” at the beginning of the address of the webpage.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.  Only the employees who need the information to perform a specific job (Processing an application for lease) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computer/ servers in which we store perosnally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.  IF YOU FEEL THAT WE ARE NOT ABIDING BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY, you should contact us immediately via email on our website.  See Contacting the Site below.

Use of Our Online Payment Portal/Rent Café:

CHANGES TO YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS – Any changes to recurring on-line payments must be made by the resident via the portal.

CONVENIENCE FEES – Please note that a $1.00 convenience fee will charged for all one-time ACH transactions, and a 2.5% convenience fee will be charged for each one time, or recurring credit card transaction.

REFUNDS – In the event an inadvertent rent overpayment occurs, you must request a refund in writing. Refunds will be made within ten business days after receipt of the written request. There will be a $10.00 administrative fee for check refunds, and a $35.00 administrative fee for wire transfer (cash) refunds. Overpayments are automatically applied to future rent charges unless a written refund is requested.

ACH MEMBERSHIP – Please be advised that if your bank or credit union is not a member of the Automated Clearing House (ACH), your payment cannot be processed by our system.

SECURITY – Your Bank account, credit card and personal information are safe with us! We are using industry leading technology, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software for all sensitive data transmission. Your personal and banking information is encrypted to prevent it from being read as it is sent over the internet. Once your personal information by our system, it is stored and protected using industry leading encryption technologies.

AUTOMATIC LOGOUT – Sessions will time out after 20-30 minutes of idle time. Please note that payment submissions may still be processed despite your session timing out. To check if your payment was processed, please log back into your account and check the “pending payments” screen.
