Please give us 48 hours to review the information you provided. Depending on the request details we may need more time, but we will try our hardest to keep you from waiting more than 72 hours. You do not need to respond or communicate further. Please keep in mind that regular maintenance requests are serviced in the order that they are received unless the request is of an urgent nature. A maintenance engineer will enter your apartment to service your request within the next 72 hours unless you hear from us sooner.
